Bought this laptop to replace an 8 year old HP Envy that was beyond economic repair. New laptop is good quality at an excellent price for the specification, especially with the 10% discount offer at the time of ordering. Laptop arrived very well packaged, earlier than initially estimated. 2 Minor criticisms. 1) Keyboard is not as good quality as the Envy model it replaced: 2) The HP model range is far to complicated, making it difficult to choose the most suitable model/spec.
