Device & Mode: This game can be played on the Nintendo Switch in handheld, tabletop, and TV modes. Local co-op requires additional Joy-Con controllers.

Starting the Game: Insert the game card into the console’s game card slot. Select the game icon from the Home menu to begin your adventure.

Co-op Mode: In Local Co-op mode, one player controls Mario while the other controls Cappy. This mode requires two Joy-Con controllers or one Pro Controller and one Joy-Con.

Save Progress: Game progress is automatically saved. You can also manually save your game at specific "Map" levels or via the menu.
