Storage Condition: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
Cooking instructions: Do not thaw before use. Boiling dumplings in pot
with boiling water and keep high heat for 5 minutes till dumplings float up and
turn to medium heat boil for another 2 minutes./OR Steaming dumplings over
boiling water for 12 minutes/ OR Pan-fry the
dumplings at medium heat
for 2 minutes, then add small amount of water and simmer for 4-6 minutes with
high heat until the water has evaporated and the bottoms of the dumplings are
golden brown.
