Usage Instructions

• First Use / Charging: Connect the earphones to a computer's USB port or a 5V/500mA charger using the included USB charging cable (power adapter not included). The indicator lights red during charging and turns off when fully charged.

• Power On & Bluetooth Pairing:

  1. Press and hold the power button for approx. 2 seconds; the indicator flashes blue.

  2. Select "WI-C100" in your phone/tablet's Bluetooth settings to complete pairing.

  3. For NFC-enabled Android phones: Touch the phone's NFC area to the NFC mark on the earphones to automatically pair and connect.

• Wearing & Adjustment: Place the neckband behind your neck and adjust the earbuds for a snug fit in your ear canals. The package includes 4 sizes (SS/S/M/L) of silicone earbud tips; choose the size that fits your ear canals appropriately.

• Sound Customization:

  1. Download and install the Sony | Headphones Connect application.

  2. Adjust bass, midrange, and treble frequencies using the app's equalizer, or select preset modes.

• Hands-free Calls:

  • Short press the multi-function button: Answer/End call.

  • Long press the multi-function button: Reject incoming call.

  • Double-press the multi-function button: Call the last contact (requires phone support).

• Voice Assistant: In standby mode, press and hold the multi-function button for approx. 1 second to wake your phone's default voice assistant.

• Resetting the Earphones: Simultaneously press and hold the power button and the volume - button for approx. 7 seconds. The indicator flashes red/blue twice, restoring factory settings.

Safety Warnings

• Battery Safety: This product contains a built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery. Do not disassemble, puncture, crush, or short-circuit the battery. Do not dispose of the product in fire or expose it to temperatures exceeding 60°C. If the battery leaks, swells, overheats, or emits an odor, stop using it immediately and keep it away from flammable materials. Dispose of the product according to local WEEE electronic waste recycling regulations.

• Hearing Protection: Listening at high volumes (>85 decibels) for extended periods can cause permanent hearing damage. It is recommended to follow the 60/60 rule – keep volume at no more than 60% of the maximum and do not use continuously for more than 60 minutes. Children under 16 should use the product under adult supervision.

• IPX4 Water Resistance Explanation: This product is only splash-proof and sweat-resistant. It is not suitable for swimming, showering, submersion, or exposure to high-pressure water. Water resistance may decrease with daily wear and tear or deterioration of the charging port. Do not charge immediately after submersion; allow to dry thoroughly for at least 2 hours.

• Strangulation Hazard: The neckband cable is long (approx. 50 cm). Do not leave infants or young children unattended with the product to prevent the risk of strangulation from cable entanglement. Do not bend the cable excessively during storage.

• Small Parts Choking Hazard: Small components like silicone earbud tips and the charging port dust cover pose a serious choking risk for children under 3 years old. Keep these parts stored out of reach of infants and toddlers.

• Wireless Compliance: This device is a Bluetooth wireless device operating in the 2.4GHz frequency band and complies with relevant radio regulations. Follow usage prohibition rules on aircraft or near medical equipment.
